Created the electrical design of the photovoltaic system at the Kilauea Visitor Center. Electrical work involved a 30-kilowatt photovoltaic array, grid-tie solar inverters, web-enabled data logging system, roof-top mounted solar module rail support system, and interior and exterior secondary power distribution. In addition, the project involved coordination with Hawaiian Electric Light Company and assisting the National Park with obtaining an interconnect agreement.
